Return & Refund Policy

At BIRCH & FIELD, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase while keeping our prices fair and affordable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at lovealwaysnotesshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Other returns: Return requests for unused items must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

For health and hygiene reasons, opened, used, worn, or visibly handled pet products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. Returns must be approved and return instructions will be provided. Items sent to an address shown on the original shipping label may not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered processing or fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
